What we are doing to advance equality and opportunities between different groups
- We know the needs or our school population very well
- We collect and analyse data in order to inform our planning and identify targets to achieve improvements
- We have procedures, working in partnership with parents and carers, to identify those who may need additional support
- We monitor progress and take action to close gaps
